Terms of Service

Plain-language guidance for the practical questions that matter most before and after an order.

Clear timing

Set expectations simply. Tell people what happens first, what happens next, and when to reach out.

Straight answers

Write the page the way you would explain it to a thoughtful customer, not the way a policy generator would.

Support that feels human

Use these pages to reduce uncertainty, then give people an easy path to contact when their situation is specific.

This page is the plain-language front porch. It explains the broad shape of how Garden & Game works. Your formal legal terms should still live in the full Terms of Service policy.

Using the site

Garden & Game is built to be useful, readable, and trustworthy. By using the site, customers should expect a straightforward store and a field-to-table platform that is meant to help them keep track of what they grow, harvest, and cook.

Orders and availability

Product availability, pricing, and release timing can change. If something is oversold, delayed, or incorrect, we will work to resolve it clearly rather than hide behind vague language.

Platform features

The platform lets customers save personal information like harvest logs, recipes, notes, and cookbook drafts. Those features should remain useful, respectful, and under the customer's control. Public sharing, when offered, should always be explicit.

User-submitted material

If customers submit recipes, notes, photos, or other material, they should only be sharing what they have the right to share. Garden & Game may need the right to store, display, review, and moderate that content in order to run the platform responsibly.

Reasonable limits

No site can promise perfect uptime or a flawless launch. What matters is that support is reachable, policies are visible, and issues are handled in good faith.
