Wild Turkey Meatballs with Cranberry Glaze

These tender wild turkey meatballs are baked and coated in a tangy cranberry glaze, making them perfect for appetizers or as a flavorful main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground wild turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce and orange juice until smooth. Toss meatballs in the glaze before serving.
