Ingredients
- 1 lb wild turkey breast, diced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sweet potatoes and onions, cooking until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in diced turkey, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until turkey is cooked through.
