Wild Turkey and Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wild turkey breast, diced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced (garden-grown)
  • 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sweet potatoes and onions, cooking until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced turkey, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until turkey is cooked through.
