Wild Turkey and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked wild turkey, shredded
- 2 cups corn kernels (garden-grown)
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and potato until softened, about 10 minutes.
- Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the potato is tender.
- Stir in corn, turkey, cream, and thyme. Cook for another 10 minutes, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
