Ingredients
- 2 racks wild boar ribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced (garden-grown)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Season ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Simmer for 15 minutes to make the BBQ sauce.
- Brush ribs with sauce and broil for 5-10 minutes until caramelized. Serve with additional sauce.
