Wild Boar Chili with Sweet Cornbread

This hearty wild boar chili is slow-cooked with garden vegetables and bold spices, served with a side of sweet cornbread for a perfect comfort meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground wild boar
- 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked cornbread, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown ground wild boar over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same pot until softened. Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Return wild boar to the pot and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Serve hot with sweet cornbread on the side.
