Wild Boar Barbecue Sliders

Tender wild boar cooked in a smoky barbecue sauce and served on soft slider buns for a taste of Southern comfort.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs wild boar shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced (garden-grown)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the wild boar with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker with onions, garlic, and barbecue sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender. Shred the meat with forks.
- Toast the buns and assemble sliders with the shredded boar and extra sauce. Serve warm.
