Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded (garden-grown)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine cornmeal, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the walleye fillets in the mixture.
