Ingredients

  • 4 walleye fillets
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (garden-grown)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
