Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add trout fillets and cook until golden on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In another pan, fry the eggs to your liking. Serve on top of the trout, garnished with fresh tomato and bell pepper.
