Spicy Wild Boar Chili with Jalapeños

This hearty wild boar chili packs a punch with smoky spices and fresh jalapeños. A bold and flavorful dish perfect for game nights or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground wild boar
- 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Cook wild boar until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Return wild boar to the pot and stir in jalapeños. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot.
