Spicy Wild Boar Chili with Jalapeños

This hearty wild boar chili packs a punch with smoky spices and fresh jalapeños. A bold and flavorful dish perfect for game nights or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground wild boar
  • 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (garden-grown)
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced (garden-grown)
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced (garden-grown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Cook wild boar until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Return wild boar to the pot and stir in jalapeños. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot.
