Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets (garden or locally grown)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (garden or locally grown)
- 1 carrot, julienned (garden or locally grown)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (garden or locally grown)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (garden or locally grown)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add duck slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the wok and sauté until fragrant. Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Return the duck to the wok and pour the sauce over. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
