Ingredients
- 12 dove breasts, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 bell pepper, diced (garden-grown)
- 2 jalapeños, diced (garden-grown)
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and jalapeños until softened. Add dove meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomatoes, beans, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro or sour cream.
