Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, diced

  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1 tbsp lime juice (garden or locally grown)
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (garden or locally grown)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (garden or locally grown)
