Ingredients
- 4 duck legs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage (garden or locally grown)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (garden or locally grown)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Season the duck legs with salt and pepper.
