Smoked Venison Sausage Breakfast Skillet

This hearty breakfast skillet combines smoked venison sausage with garden-grown peppers, onions, and eggs, making it a perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked venison sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced (garden-grown)
  • 1 medium onion, diced (garden-grown)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add diced peppers and onions, cooking until softened, about 8 minutes.
  4. Make four wells in the skillet mixture and crack an egg into each.
  5. Cover and cook until the eggs are set, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
