Smoked Trout Dip with Fresh Herbs

This smoked trout dip is creamy, flavorful, and perfect as an appetizer or snack. Fresh herbs add brightness to the smoky richness of the trout.
Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked trout
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine smoked trout, cream cheese, sour cream, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
