Ingredients
- 2 smoked pheasant breasts, sliced
- 6 cups mixed salad greens (garden-grown)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced (garden-grown)

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
