Ingredients
- 2 goose breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded (garden-grown)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (garden-grown)
Instructions
- Rub goose breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Smoke at 225°F for 1 hour or until tender.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage with lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt to create the slaw.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with lime juice to make the crema.
- Slice the smoked goose and assemble tacos with meat, slaw, and lime crema. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
