Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (garden or locally grown)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (garden or locally grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Score the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the duck breasts skin-side down and sear for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and thyme. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the duck breasts and drizzle with the blueberry sauce before serving.
