Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Pat the walleye fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in parsley, dill, and lemon juice. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle the lemon herb butter over the walleye and serve immediately.
