Ingredients
- 4 elk steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season elk steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and rosemary for 1 minute. Pour over steaks and serve.
