Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Orange Sauce

This pan-seared duck breast is cooked to crispy perfection and topped with a tangy orange sauce for a gourmet dining experience at home.

Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Score the skin of the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook duck breasts skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Simmer until thickened.
- Slice duck breasts and drizzle with orange sauce before serving.
