Pan-Fried Bass with Herb Butter

This pan-fried bass is cooked to golden perfection and topped with a luscious herb butter sauce. A quick and satisfying dish using fresh-caught fish.

Ingredients
- 4 bass fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Season bass fillets with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook bass for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Add garlic and parsley to the pan, cooking for 1 minute. Spoon butter over the bass and serve with lemon wedges.
