Ingredients
- 4 duck legs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 mini slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (garden or locally grown)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (garden or locally grown)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Season the duck legs with salt and pepper and roast in a pan for 1 hour, until tender. Shred the meat and mix with barbecue sauce.
- In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Toast the slider buns. Assemble with a generous portion of barbecue duck and tangy slaw.
