Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (garden or locally grown)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (garden or locally grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Score the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the duck breasts skin-side down and sear for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, and rosemary. Simmer until thickened.
- Slice the duck breasts and drizzle with the cranberry glaze before serving.
