Ingredients
- 1 whole duck, cleaned
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the duck with the mixture, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and toast the wild rice for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and simmer for 45 minutes until the rice is tender.
