Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, and melted butter.
- Season the trout fillets with salt and black pepper. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
