Ingredients

  • 4 wild boar chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 apples, diced (garden-grown)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Rub wild boar chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. In a saucepan, combine apples, brown sugar, vinegar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until softened, about 10 minutes.
