Ingredients
- 4 wild boar chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 apples, diced (garden-grown)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Rub wild boar chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine apples, brown sugar, vinegar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until softened, about 10 minutes.
- Serve boar chops with apple chutney spooned over the top.
