Ingredients
- 3 lbs venison ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Season the venison ribs with salt and black pepper, then brush them with a thin layer of the barbecue sauce mixture.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning and basting with the barbecue sauce every 30 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
