Grilled Venison Ribs with Tangy BBQ Glaze

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs venison ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Season the venison ribs with salt and black pepper, then brush them with a thin layer of the barbecue sauce mixture.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning and basting with the barbecue sauce every 30 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
