Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup wild mushrooms, finely chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground venison, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- In a skillet, sauté wild mushrooms until golden. Mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice to make the aioli.
- Assemble burgers with buns, patties, and mushroom aioli. Serve immediately.
