Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
