Ingredients
- 4 redfish fillets
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season redfish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Grill the fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Mix butter, parsley, dill, and lemon juice. Drizzle over the grilled fish before serving.
