Grilled Redfish with Garlic Herb Butter

Freshly caught redfish is grilled to perfection and topped with a flavorful garlic herb butter. This simple and delicious recipe highlights the bounty of coastal waters and fresh garden herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 redfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (garden-grown)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (garden-grown)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Season redfish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Drizzle over grilled redfish before serving.
