Grilled Redfish with Cilantro Lime Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 redfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (garden-grown)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub redfish fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
