Ingredients
- 2 redfish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (garden-grown)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub redfish fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In a small pan, melt butter and stir in cilantro and lime juice. Drizzle over grilled redfish before serving.
