Ingredients
- 4 whole quail
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (garden-grown)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate quail in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill quail for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
