Grilled Quail with Honey Lemon Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 whole quail
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (garden-grown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat and brush quail with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill quail for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, and thyme. Brush the glaze onto the quail during the final minutes of grilling.
