Ingredients
- 4 whole quail
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat and brush quail with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill quail for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
