Grilled Pheasant with Honey Herb Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 whole pheasants, cleaned and halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush pheasant halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, thyme, and rosemary to make the glaze.
- Grill pheasant for 10-12 minutes per side, brushing with glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot with additional glaze drizzled on top.
