Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Score the skin of the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the duck skin-side down for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and orange zest. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the glaze over the grilled duck and serve immediately.
