Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp orange zest

Instructions
- Score the skin of the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the duck skin-side down for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
