Ingredients
- 8 dove breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 jalapeños, halved and seeded (garden-grown)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Season dove breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Wrap each breast in bacon and secure with a toothpick.
