Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
