Duck Breast with Blackberry Glaze

Pan-seared duck breast with a sweet and tangy blackberry glaze, complemented by fresh herbs from your garden.

Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts
- 1 cup blackberries (garden-grown)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Score the skin of the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the duck skin-side down until crispy, about 8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, and thyme. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooked duck and serve.
