Crispy Duck Legs with Orange Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 duck legs
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (garden-grown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season duck legs with salt and pepper.
  2. Place duck legs on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast for 45-50 minutes, until crispy.
  3. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Simmer until thickened.
