Ingredients
- 4 duck legs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Season duck legs with salt and pepper.
- Place duck legs on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast for 45-50 minutes, until crispy.
