Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked duck, shredded
- 1 cup cornbread, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken or duck stock
- 1/4 cup diced onion (garden or locally grown)
- 1/4 cup diced celery (garden or locally grown)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme (garden or locally grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion and celery until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded duck, crumbled cornbread, sautéed vegetables, thyme, stock, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and crispy on top.
- Serve warm as a main dish or side.
