Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped dill (garden or locally grown)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Pan-fry patties in oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
