Crab Cakes with Lemon Dill Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill (garden or locally grown)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Pan-fry patties in oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
