Cajun Blackened Redfish Tacos

These flavorful redfish tacos are seasoned with Cajun spices, blackened to perfection, and topped with a zesty lime slaw. A delicious way to enjoy the taste of the Gulf Coast.

Ingredients

  • 2 redfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (garden-grown)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. Rub redfish fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
  3. Assemble tacos by placing blackened redfish in tortillas and topping with slaw. Serve immediately.
