Ingredients
- 2 redfish fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (garden-grown)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Rub redfish fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Assemble tacos by placing blackened redfish in tortillas and topping with slaw. Serve immediately.
