Ingredients

  • 4 crappie fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
