Ingredients
- 4 crappie fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
