Ingredients
- 4 catfish fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
Instructions
- Rub catfish fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook catfish for 3-4 minutes per side until blackened.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix with lemon juice and parsley.
