Blackened Bass with Lemon Herb Relish

This blackened bass recipe combines bold Cajun seasoning with a bright and zesty lemon herb relish. A quick and easy dish that brings out the best in freshwater fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (garden-grown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rub bass fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until blackened.
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the relish.
