Blackened Bass with Lemon Herb Relish

This blackened bass recipe combines bold Cajun seasoning with a bright and zesty lemon herb relish. A quick and easy dish that brings out the best in freshwater fish.
Ingredients
- 4 bass fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden-grown)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (garden-grown)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub bass fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until blackened.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the relish.
- Top the bass with lemon herb relish and serve.
