Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (garden or locally grown)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon (garden or locally grown)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place walleye fillets on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
