Ingredients
- 4 bass fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp thyme, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (garden or locally grown)
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the bass fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
